Product Description
Experience the pinnacle of sophistication and functionality with the Shikoto Rurousha Forged Sword Cane. Designed for the discerning gentleman or lady, this sword cane is not just a support accessory but a statement of elegance and preparedness. The 23" Damascus steel blade, expertly heat-forged and meticulously folded 828 times, offers unmatched sharpness and resilience, boasting a hardness of 36-42 HRC. The blade's double-edged design ensures maximum cutting efficiency from every angle. Encased in a stylish TPU cane, wrapped in premium leather for a luxurious feel and grip, this sword cane combines traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. A discreet blade-release mechanism allows for quick and easy access to the blade, ensuring you are prepared for any situation with grace and style.
Looks to be well made. The release is a bit stiff, pulling the blade the first few inches, but will ease up with use. The blade has very fine Damascus marking, not as pronounced as in one of the pictures. It is nicely shaped and sharpened. The leather handle wrap is tight and well done, as is the wood top handle. I use to be 6'-2" but have compressed a little over time, still I needed to shorten the "stick" or scabbard by 3". The rubberized plastic tip is glued on, but fairly easy to pry off. The shaft is wood, so easy to shorten (I have a lathe, so that was my method of choice, though a saw would work fine too, as the bottom is black painted wood. At the bottom, the shaft is about 0.960", so I was concerned a 1" replacement rubber tip would be loose. I'm going to turn down (recess) the bottom to 3/4" to accept an after marker rubber replacement tip made for a 3/4" shaft, this will have the OD of the rubber tip matching the original diameter of the shaft for a smoother overall appearance. I'll also modify another rubber tip to accept a carbide insert for traction in ice and snow. Very please with this, thank you!

Sword Cane everything it is supposed to be.
This is a great product! All the cost went into the sword and not the cane for a good reason. You don’t want to attract attention. Your cane needs to look like something no one would want. The over all length is brilliant! Cutting it down - up to 4” if necessary is no problem. Go to the hardware store and get a new black rubber stopper and improve the cane even further. Place a thin layer of felt on the hilt where it meets the cane scabbard and you will have a perfect sword cane that won’t rattle, is adjusted to your exact height and will attract no attention. People that can not fight their way out of a wet paper bag should not write reviews.

A quality cane
I have been disabled for 18 years, I took a fall and broke my back in two places,I'm well over six feet tall.I guess i'm lucky to be able to walk at all. Finding a cane that is at least 39" isn't easy this Rurousha sword cane is a very nice cane the sword is of very good quality. I don't need the cane to hold my weight I need it for balance. I am a well trained swordsman and write many reviews about swords but this time I can say I don't really care about the sword, I only care about having a long enough cane to walk with and this one is very stylish I get many nice comments about the cane. It is my favorite. Thank you. Daniel of Nebraska.

Lady's options please
I purchased this as a holiday gift for a friend, he really liked it, and it was a purchase he'd thought of making for himself. I'd like one too but would it be too much for the manufacturer to "dress" the handle/cane shaft a bit for the ladies? We ladies like protection as well, with a little elegance. Otherwise, very satisfied with the ordering/shipping process *and* the response from my friend for the gift.
