Hibben Combat Fighter Knife II - SS Blade, Trigger Grip

I like the knife because of the sharpness, Blade steel and the weight. The only issue was the button on the sheath would no connect with the strap. after figuring it out I noticed the sheath was not all leather, OOPs. The sheath was cut by me so the blade it would go all the way in and be secure. I did notice the Sheath was painted all along the edge to make a smooth finish. Will I return it, no Its a good knife and I will keep it. I do recommend ordering if you just want a knife to add to the collection. I wish shipping could be faster and not with the USPS its so slow around here.

At 73 yoa, I have been collecting knives for nearly 40 years. My "go to" source has been, and will continues to be, BUDK. I have bought from some other sources, but none have served me better than BUDK. My collection is well into the thousands. I have true collectibles, personal carry knives, those that serve as both, and inexpensive knives. BUDK is so reliable, and they stand behind every knife they sell. This Hibben Combat Fighter II is a great piece of steel. Very sharp out of the box, and will hold one hell of an edge. Whenever you can take a knife out of the box and it feels right at home in your hand, you have a great piece. That is exactly how this felt. It looks as good as it feels.

For anyone whose a knife collector, this beauty will truly stand out among the rest. Shipped fast and couldn't find any flaws if I tried. As for the sheath yes I had the button snap trouble but I pushed it aside, not really needing it since the knife snugs tight and can side in and out w/o the button strap getting in the way. I have over 150 knives and swords and machetes..... do you really think I need another ?? Well after seeing this in the BUDK catalog , and after already owning about 9 Hibben knives - I just had to give this one a try . It is one of my favorites !! Fits so good in hand !! The steel is one of my favorites . Sharp !! Sharp !! Sharp !!! Gil —- you did it again !!!! Thank you ! ( this really should sell of $79 to $89 ). Get em while they’re this cheap people !!!

I purchased two of these knives for my sons for Christmas they love them. I didn’t buy myself one because I have so many knives, but I just ordered the same knife because it fits my hand so well and comfortable, I worked for 35 years in construction and my hands don’t come any more banged up then mine. Severe arthritis, multiple surgeries, and I can still hold this knife with confidence. This knife will cut paper right out of the box, I’m making it into a boot EDC knife. Thank You BUDK...????????

This knife is no joke, I bought 2 of these, one for each son. The engraving was perfect. This knife has a feel of perfection, weight and balance. I love the pakkawood handle. I just may get another one for myself...this way I don’t borrow theirs. Love the knives from BUDK. ????????
