Sword Of The Month Club - Monthly Subscription

Yes overall great experience. Knowing a new sword will show up at your door every month... definitely exciting. However, four months in and I've got my first duplicate. Seems no one is keeping track of who gets what. Now that said, the duplicate I did receive is an awesome deal. So if you have sword friends or anyone that would appreciate a sword... duplicates are great. But only four months in? Eh I would like some variety.

Overall it was a great experience. Knowing that a new sword was gonna be at your door step once a month. When the swords started coming I was excited and more excited. Then a kick in the pant happened. A duplicate sword I’ve already gotten in the club. It’s only been a year and already duplicate swords. If you are gonna have a club please keep track of the ones you sent already to your loyal customers.

I love being part of this subscription. Sadly I got my first disappointment today with a duplicate. But is ok. Christmas is coming for someone. These are beautiful swords and great looking blades.

I got the Musha Raging waters for my first sword of my subscription, and while it’s not quite “twice the value” it is an amazing katana (which I was really hoping for, if it were a fantasy sword it would have been immediately put up for sale) the reviews on it are great and say it’s an amazing sword for the price and should be priced higher. The scabbard is beautiful and really well made, although does have a smallish defect on it. It came in an unmarked box with no other information or markings so I had to do some research to find out which sword it was. But overall, the sword is sharp, battle ready, well crafted and sturdy with a great feel, and just what I wanted. At the end of the day for the price I’m very pleased and look forward to next months!

I was not expecting a weapon of this quality! It’s amazing! The club price is well worth the cost for this club! The Sword I received is easily three times the price I paid for the subscription. I strongly suggest you give it a go and see for yourself! Definitely worth it!! Can’t wait to see July’s sword of the month!

I just got my first SotM it is a Kojiro Imperial Dragon katana. I am very pleased with it, it looks nice and fits in with my collection. Even my 4.5 year old great granddaughter likes it and has laid clame to it. This is the quality of sword I expect from BudK. I am a long time customer that has been away for a few years and am back. Keep up the good work finding new and interesting products.

Had the subscription 3 months now, and received 3 of the most beautiful blades I have ever seen... 3 swords, each well over $100 value, and one is Damascus steel... Not the tawdry, loose, awful blades you find in stores for $50... These are QUALITY... You will not be disappointed...

Really happy so far with the quality of the swords I've received but I'm noticing a pattern of all katanas. I would like more variety of sword types, maybe some historical ones. There are just so many types of swords some variety would be nice but I'm really happy with overall quality.
