Night Watchman 5 Million-Volt Stun Gun / LED Flashlight

High voltage arc discharge produces a loud crackling noise and was enough to startle & stop an approaching dog. My be an effective deterrent to prevent an actual attack. 5 Million Volts probably produce a delivered voltage of about 300,000 dc volts at extremely low current. But, nonetheless, effective! Nice compact design.

My husband and I were on our way to a follow up doctors appointment because I had a mild stroke in Chicago. We were taking a bus when this man started attacking us for no reason. My husband used this stun gun on our attacker sending him to the back of the bus. My husband announced to everyone that I was sick, but it didn't matter to our attacker and others on the back of the bus sided with our attacker. Our attacker then proceeded to approach us, my husband then cracked the loud stun gun several times stopping our attacker from coming any closer. Our attacker then got off the back of the bus talking trash. If it wasn't for this product things could have gotten ugly. After this incident we ordered a blackjack and a slapper along with pepper spray and more stun guns. Thank you so much Budk!

Ive had mine for a year now only had to use it once had a big pit come after me figured the sound would of scared it away but nope it come at me and got the 5 million volt zap witch dropped it thus i was not eatin

I think I may have an aquirement issue. I own or owned at least 10 of these in different types. I seem to give them away to people who are friends but appear to be what may seem to some to be a target for those of us (or them) of a predatory nature. Normally my female friends who may have a concern or two. This one is nice with a very bright light and seems powerful. This one sounds impressive and that seems to be the main issue from a psychological point of view. The motive of a possible attacker is severely altered by the sound of something that might turn one into a french fry. Ok, sorry about the elaboration but it's cheap, light, bright and it's fun to explain to girls.

the flashlight burned out in the 1st week...I dropped a 250lb attacker and he wizzed his britches on a 5 second burst...he did not get up for 10 min.

I own one and a few things I realized is how sticky everything is. In an actual situation where you desperately need this, it would be hard to pull it out to use because the buttons are pretty hidden. The charging is over 2 hours approx. for a 15-20 minute life. Flashlight is pretty weak but gets the job done. For $15 it's a pretty decent deal

I bought one of these and was completely satisfied until...I went to the gas station and it slipped out the side of the door as I got out, mind you just a foot or two from the ground and now it completely dose not work...I still give three stars because at least for the hours I did have it for it worked just fine...still look forward to purchasing from budk! :)
