Israeli Military Combat Trauma Bandage

Take my word for it, buy two. Why? Because you'll want to open one and use it for practice. Keep the other-one sealed and therefore sterile. Because this bandage is unique, some hands on practice is helpful. This truly is an amazing bandage, such a simple concept, yet so incredibly effective and versatile! Although it is not a tourniquet, it can function as one... if the bandage is really cranked tight, and that's what this thing does. It's better than a tourniquet in many ways. The practice bandage is still usable in an emergency, just beware it is no longer sterile. The video instruction is great, but take it from an old Eagle Scout...get some hands on practice with this, teach family and friends. I'd buy more, but everything seems to be getting more expensive now, and fortunately I bought two of these from BUDK a few years ago; it's time to organize and inspect all my "BUDK" type gear.
