Product Description
Look no further for a sturdy, easy-to-access ammo pouch because the M48 OPS Shotgun and Airsoft Ammo Pouch in OD is exactly what you need. This pouch is made of 600D durable nylon and has a MOLLE compatible construction that lets you integrate it into your attire with no problem. The Velcro and snap closures provide security but easy access at a moment's notice. This pouch will hold a full box of shotgun shells so that you never run out.
I bought 2 of these for a scabbard (M48 OPS MOLLE COMPATIBLE TACTICAL SHOTGUN SCABBARD OD GREEN, review submitted). They attach nicely to the molly system for a scattergun with 50 shells grab an' go. The half-star I'm dinging this product for is that it'll take 25 2 3/4" shells but it will not snap closed on 3" shells. It's close enough for you to spend an hour tryin' to force it, but it will not close unless you leave the odd sideways loop at the bottom empty. Just trust me on that when you get yours. I shall certainly acquire more when the OD color comes back in stock. I'm well satisfied overall.

Double snaps up
The photo only show 2 snaps on the flap, but mine came with 4. Don't even need them 'cause there is a full velcro strip around the snaps. M-48 makes a product that should cost twice as much. Heavy duty and perfect stitching. Check out their tactical response pack, too. My edc.

Better than a bandoleer
Got my shell holder and because of comments about it not holding 25 shells, I counted loops. Definitely 25 loops present, but one is too tight to accept a shotshell. It's the crosswise loop, and the reinforcing stitches are what nullifies that loop. The remaining 24 shells nestled into place. Then I closed everything up. It closes up fine. Don't know why one commenter said he only got 20 in, because it still closes fine with full loops. Definitely far better than a bandoleer, so I'm happy.

Won't hold full load
Just got one,,,worked for over half an hour trying to combine, reconfigure, place some upside down,,etc. to get them all in. But there is NO way to close the top to even reach the velcro, let alone the snaps with a top layer filled, so I have to leave empty those 5 spots.. Only can get 20 shells inside, of which only four are of 3" length; all others shorter. Doesn't matter much to me, as I've got a mixed load of 12 ga buckshot, slugs, and 4-shot all for home defense use. Solid construction and worth the low price at least.
