Hand Forged Musha Damascus Steel Katana Sword With Scabbard

Just received my sword, which took 8 days to arrive. Removing the plastic wrap from the blade, by pulling it very slightly against the sharp edge, it almost fell off the blade! Looking intently down the length of the blade, there were absolutely no ripples in it. Straight! The damascus pattern is beautiful. I am not an expert on scabbard fit, so no opinion. Everything was nicely finished, with one minor problem, a very small pea sized smudge of glue or something on the outside of the presentation case.

Sword arrived rapidly. Blade was covered in shipping oil and reasonably sharp. While the steel was dark, the damascus "pattern" was not as pronounced as in the pictures. The blade and all its fittings seemed of high quality. When I finally got it outside to do some chopping - it sliced milk jugs into little slivers effortlessly. This is my first sword and I am totally pleased with my purchase.

This is my first Katana. It is a beautiful sword. The Damascus steel is wonderful. The striation is not uniform and I did not expect it to be. The sword itself came out of the box very sharp. I can't wait to clean it and find a place to display it. On the company side the delivery was fast and very professional. Good company. Hopefully, I never have a reason to need their customer service.

worth every penny I have no complaints about this sword it was a lil hard to sheath and draw the blade at first best sword I have and it had a cleaning and upkeep kit so no problems there just a very good buy

Purchased and love the sword. However, The scabbard doesn't fit well at all, and the sword falls out easily just with gravity. Major disappointment. My advise is for the manufacturer to put more then 3 minutes of time to make sure the scabbard fits and holds the sword well for a long time and not just barely!

Is a good sword, so beautifull, and it has beauty sharpnees, <br />very sharpness. I had cut a paper and I'm convinced. <br />Only one default, when I was proving the shar edge and the hardness, the sword had bent , but I grip of the curved part and then straighten. I don't know if it is good but any way a beatifull sword

Its a very good sword but I purchased this for the damascus. It seems like it is but it only looks true damascus in the first few inches then all the lines straighten out and looks like a standard folded blade, other than inside the blood grove. Still pretty though.<br />The only problem is the saya or scabbard fits loose. I just picked it up, a little too fast I'm guessing and the sword started to fall out until I caught the damn thing and now there's a flap of skin hanging off my index finger. Definatly sharp.
