Timber Wolf’s Ironsmith Co. Set of Four Medieval Eating Skewers are reproductions of the dining tools that were used during the Middle Ages. Each of the skewers is hand-forged from one, solid piece of high-carbon steel with a sharp, penetrating point and a twisted handle. The Medieval eating skewers are 7” in overall length and have loops twisted into the handle so that they can be hung. NOTE: Please clean before use as the utensils have been heated-treated and oil-quenched. You can use beeswax on them to help prevent rust.

Cool but tiny

The skewers are awesome looking but they are tiny I'm not really sure what I'll be able to cook on them. They seem to be like overgrown metal toothpicks. The overall design is pretty and very nice. And I'll admit I didn't pay much attention to the size description as I was thinking the space for food was 7 inches not the overall length being 7 inches,
