Exactly what I wanted in an EDC knife, the 3.5" bladed still to worked well once lubed and is legal to carry as a pocket knife!

These knives needed sharpening, but operate smoothly and sharpen quickly. Feels solid in your hand. Would recommend

At first feel these are nice blades. however, after use the screws fell out and the blade stop failed. Having the blade spring back past the stop makes you glad they are only sharp on one side. ...

good quality, good feel one does open a little stiff but it'll work itself in with a little use. Very sharp, glad I got 'em

I bought six knives at the close out deal time, and by far this was the best. Getting two knives for the price of one is already great, but they are also decently sharp. I hurt myself trying to open them though, luckily not the blade part, when it opened the back of the blade hit my thumb knuckle (as it takes some force and getting used to to open them). The smaller of the two (or at least in my case) is harder to open but also sharper, and the bigger of the two had at the bottom of the blade two very small chips (but it is almost unnoticeable unless you look super closely). I am very happy with them. Oh and P.S. they also make great letter openers becasue of their shape.

I guess I am just chooses but razor shape means than I can cut hair off my arm. No they are not razor sharp. But look like good knives. I spent about a half hour sharpening one but while I improved the edge, I did not get it razor sharp. I guess I felled for making language. Can't believe every thing you read.

Very nice for the price . Little one is harder to open then the large one but not bad . Very sharp points but blades a little dull will take a wail to get them as sharp as I like my knives . I am very happy with these knives would recommend them to someone that likes knives and wants a stiletto . 100% satisfied would buy again ..

Basically two for the price of one! Was skeptical about stilettos, but these have changed my mind. Black Legion is definitely a great bang for your buck! Thanks BUDK

I bought this set after being disappointed with both Rampage ones that are similar. These are a bit tougher to flick open than the Rampage ones but I figure a dot of oil and some absent-minded, one-handed, easy chair flicking should loosen them up. These are great little knives for 10 bucks.

Great knives got her fast. The larger knife does not lock by itself, you have to swing it. Other than that, perfect.

Two knives for ten bucks? You can't go wrong with that. The blades are indeed sharp and open very easily. Very lightweight and thin blades.

A major surprise. i was not expecting much at the cost but was ordering something else so tossed it in, was very surprised with it. bang for the buck wise it is a great deal. A fun little knife for sure.

I would have paid that price for one of these knives, and been completely happy with my purchase. Two for that low price is a great deal. These knives are well made, extremely fast opening with the assisted spring, just like a switch blade. I went back and bought more of them for gifts.

For the price these knives are great. Open smoothly and quickly, lock up is solid. The smaller one is now my daily carry. Always looking for a deal, I've paid twice as much for knives that where not half this fun.

This two knives are remarklby sharp with a great point on them! I buy knives from budk all the time and these two knives were definatly worth it! And plus you get two knives for only 10 dollars!! Once again great knives give them a try

The smaller of the 2 is now my everyday carry and the other is in my nightstand;I am new to Budk and knives but these are both very sharp and open easily after working them a bit . I did it will laying on the couch watching TV. For $10 hard to go wrong I bought my wife the matching pink set.

I got more than I expected with these knives. The blades lock very securely in place and never fail to open completely like some more expensive models. I have been using this as my daily knife around the farm i live on for about two weeks now and the blade is still as sharp as it was out of the box and has not scuffed up yet. Totally satisfied

(5 out of 5)
These knives are very good quality, I was expecting something with a wobbly blade only good for opening boxes, but these are rock solid, they snap open effortlessly, and sit in the pocket well (no snags). I intend to buy another set just to have a set mint in the box. A very good buy

Made in China doesn't "always" mean JUNK. This two knife set, for less than $10.00 has been put together solidly & works flawlessly. Although not a BIG NAME knife, I'm satisfied & I am happy with my purchase. A pocket clip sure would be nice, even if it brought the price up $5.00 .

Man I love these things. Solid and sharp. The handles are ate aluminum not plastic, and I was impressed. The assisted open is snappy, and the locking mechanism is solid. I love the two different sizes. They can both be easily carried but the smaller one definitely nice to have for my smaller pocketed pants. And oh each they were $10 for both!

Right out of the box, this set was great! The finish on them was really nice. The assisted action was very crisp, no hang ups. Plus, they have a very good edge to them, no need to be sharpened. I definitely will be purchasing another set or two for friends and family.

I feel like a broken record with the "great for the price." But they are. Two for the price of one; which for $10 is a heck of a deal. I realize they are made in China but you have to hand it to the makers they are well made. They are lighter than expected, which I really like. They feel solid and the blades flip out easily. Nothing loose blade out or in. You cannot go wrong with this deal. They are fun and fit in with my collection. If you want to fool friends by telling them they were custom made they may believe it since the made in China is on the box, not on the blades. No sure how the finish will hold up over time, but who cares for the price.

Much more than I expected. So Fast. So SHARP. The larger of the two is my personal favorite. The smaller is in the center console of my truck. I recommend these excellent folders to everyone because they the best of two worlds; the "assisted-open" folder and the stiletto self-defense deterrent weapon. It opens so fast that you could almost consider it to be a foldable fixed blade. I gave it a 5/5 because that is only as high as the rating will allow. Actually it is a 7/5.

Great pair of knifes, the feel in the hand is very good and the weight is near perfect. Very good quality blades and very sharp out of the box. They are in my bug out bag, range bag and car for now 3 pair is good for now. Yet in the future 3 or 9 pair more would be even better at this price you are a fool not too have at least one pair on hand.

Good quality and good price for two knives. Some may not like it as it does not have a belt clip but I bought it because so many of my knives have clips and I wanted a good quality knife without a clip so it is smooth in the pocket with nothing to catch on.

just got mine today been opening and closing it all day, no blade play solid construction. would definitely order more. Just needs a belt clip the only thing wrong with it I do road const. we'll see if dirt will effect the opening latter on. The rest of the comments are right on about this knife.

A very nice set of knives. I have many knives and these are as good as most. well made, well balanced and fast opening. Not as sharp out of the box as I would like, but they do take and hold a good edge. Very Happy with the knives, and would recommend them to friends.

These blades came the other day, both have effective assisted opening mechanisms and little to no blade play (amazing for nylon washers). The larger one is quite large on a side note... They could both use a little sharpening but overall probably the best deal on Budk: 2 high quality (and bad**s) knives for 10 buck? Heck yeah!

Got a set for my nephew just for the looks and price. Very excited by the look, feel and quality. Way more than I expected. Effortless opening, sharpens well and tight enough to not open in pocket. Has become my new every-day pocket knife. I use the shorter one.

I am quite surprised at the quality of these knives. I have other knives I've paid much more for that do not open as quick and effortlessly as these. I highly recommend these knives. Very pleased...

(5 out of 5)
For the price, astonishingly well made knives. They open effortlessly, and instantly. It's great to just pull it out and have a blade, whether cutting a roast, or rope, or opening a package. Only drawback, if it is one, is the steel seems a little soft. The blade dings easily, but it sharpens just as easily. Very glad I made the purchase.

This set is incredible, a lot more than I expected for the price!! They are heavy, sturdy, elegant, very fast and soooo bad**s! Perfect for self defense. My only complain is the fact that they don't have a pocket clip but maybe it would just get in the way of it beauty! BUY IT!

(4 out of 5)
Excellent set, sharp smooth. I only have one little complaint, the smaller one's lock goes to far over. It goes all the way to the other side, doesn't stop in the middle like it should. No big deal it still locks but it's hard with one hand to unlock it. I'm hoping it works in after some use. Otherwise I love them. Oh yeah no belt clip either. I'm fine with that but some people like the clip.

(4 out of 5)
I got it at a decent time, not too long but they both came super dull and wont even cut anything. No big problem, all I need to do is sharpen but it said they came razor sharp and they dont at all
Jan 09, 2018
(4 out of 5)
Both knives were a bit slow in opening out of the box. After a few minutes they were fine. However, I dropped the small knife from about 2 feet and the rod that locks the blade out overrode the bottom of the knife therefore its a pain to put the smaller one away after opening it. But it gets the seal of approval from me!
May 07, 2017
(4 out of 5)
At first I found it hard to get each of the knives to open - in the sense that it took more strength than I could apply with one finger to get the blade to move (and I work with my hands, so it's not a lack of strength issues), but I'm finding that that particular issue just seems to be a matter of using the knives often enough to break them in. The blades are nice and sharp, though I don't use them for anything heavy duty. For the price I think it's an undeniably great deal.
Feb 23, 2016
(4 out of 5)
As everyone says, they look good, feel good, come sharp, and are inexpensive. The drawback is that assisted open stilettos are always a little difficult to open, with such a thin handle to hold onto, and these are even more difficult because they are as slick as a bar of soap, and have no pocket clip to rest your thumb on as you pull the "trigger" tab, it can jump right out of your hand as it snaps open. I never use pocket clips as clips, and often remove them, but I never, ever remove them from stilettos because they really do make them easier to open (usually left handed, as the manufacturers usually put them on the side that allows your left thumb to rest on the clip, holding it firmly into your hand) These knives feel so silky slick in your pocket you can't help caressing them with your thumb, like a worry stone, but If you don't mind hurting the look and feel, I am sure you can put strips of black cloth tape, or dots of clear or black silicon glue, or carve checkering on the sides to improve the one handed opening

Received my order in about 6 days! Love the look of the stiletto! Reminds me of The Outsiders! Only gave 4 stars, because I would've likedone to have a clip to carry it easier in my pocket. Great knife though!!!!!!
Dec 25, 2015
(4 out of 5)
Awesome deal for the money! Gave this a 4 star rating only because they should have a pocket clip, and the handle shouldn't be so slick. Not much grip to them. For the money tho,... a very good deal!!
May 04, 2015
(4 out of 5)
These knives are amazingly fast and fun to use I got them within 4-6 days and the only real bummer is that it does not have a little clip for pockets so when I go outside I have to feel it bounce around in my pocket

Great knives only problem is they got a little lose but I think it was just mine, nothing a little lock tight couldn't fix sharp and feel great I kept the bigger one gave the smaller one to my girlfriend never left home without it

Great Set for the price. Gave the smaller one to my wife to have I kept the larger.

This set of knives are great! They are fun to play with. They were a little dull in package but that is easily fixable. Also, when you release the blade, the latch gets stuck on the other side. Overall, love the knife and fun to use.

It's a great set for the price to add to my collection I just wish the spring system was better but in time I will make a stronger spring.
Nov 26, 2014
(4 out of 5)
You can't go wrong with a two for ten deal! I kept the larger one for myself and gave the smaller one to my girlfriend. Although a great deal, I quickly realized that the blades were not "razor sharp" as they are advertised. Yes, the blades would cut paper and cardboard, but not much more. It took several passes on the sharpener in order for these blades to shave arm hair. Similarly, the smaller one already has a grinding sound from the inner spring, but I may be able to fix that. The smaller one is also slightly quicker to deploy than the larger one, most likely from the reduced weight of the blade and the smaller travel distance required. The black blades paired with the black aluminum handles offer a great weight while looking very menacing! Overall, a great deal at a great price!

One to lose and one to replace the other with. :) Actually got the pair for $7.50 with 25% sale. Good deal considring you would normally get just one for $10. They are not "razor" sharp but sharpen easily. Good blade spur or tang to catch on the edge of your pocket to open but with no pocket clip you have to feel for the blade side to pull it out the right way for it to work. Average weight and size. Had to oil the pivot and put thread locker on the screws as usual. Don't they have thread locker in China?

They came a day early so great shipping. They were pretty dull out of the box but I can sharpen them. They are pretty light and wont show in loose pockets. These are my first pair of stilettos. I like them. Thx budk. i will be buying again when i get more money.

(4 out of 5)
i like these little guys. they're fast and slick and great design. i feel the blades are a little thin but i'm not using them to chop trees. i don't trust the locks 100 percent but maybe they'll break in with wear. ...oh, and a clip would be nice. BUT I DO LOVE THEM. one hangs off my steering column and one has a string hanging out of my camera bag. quick protection.

Ordered these from the UK and paid $41 for UPS shipping Via iglobal, expensive but the knives were so cheap it was Worth it! Really beautiful blade finish, the look of these knives is perfect, also love the fact there is no pocket clip, they always Spoil the classic look of a stiletto.

(4 out of 5)
2 knives for the price of one! Blades are sharp, deploy and lock securely right out of the box. Either one (or both) should have had a belt clip. If it did this would be my everyday carry.

This is a good set! Four stars no fve because the larger one does not lock out without a little help. Still good quality and great price. Also they look awsome!!

The only reason I did'nt give these knives a 5 star rating was because of the smooth finish it has. It can easily slip out of your grip.It has no firm tactile feel for fast movement.Just the same I like both knives and would recommend them to friends.

This is a nice knife, I thought its handle was a plastic but is actually aluminum which surprised me! I own the larger version and it is very fast on opening and I use this often!

Nicely made, handy pair of tools - good heft, and solid feel in the hand - I knew they didn't, but do wish they had clips, and did need touching up to be as sharp as I like, but that's minor - would rate at 4.5, if it was possible.

very good knives and they open very quickly the only drawback from my piont of view is they only have one side sharpened so i had to sharpen the other edge myself. if they were both sharpened i would have given it a 5 star rating

(4 out of 5)
The Cyclone came in great condition. It was not as sharp as I like, but took an edge like expensive knives. The Cyclones action is smooth and easy to operate. The knives fit my hand well and also fits my Daughters much smaller hand.. My only con is-the knives have no clip to retain the knives in your pocket. I feel that the knives are a great value and have ordered additional knives.
Feb 18, 2014
(4 out of 5)
Very good price for 2 knives. Small one opens OK. My larger size knife doesn't open 100%. I had the same prolem with ITalian folding knives, butit happen after 2-3 years. Those Chinese knives are not Italian, but cost 5 times cheaper. Good price for the quality. We breed pigs, goats and sheep. I wouldn't use it on an attacking goat, pit bull. OK for selfdefence if the mugger is skiny. Judging by the price it is probably 420 steel.
Feb 18, 2014
(4 out of 5)
These are very good, especially for the price. They are sturdy (not junk) and come well-adjusted, the blade length is in the much more useful range and they hold an edge into the very good range. The anvil and pawl will hold up to throwing more than average. Be aware that there is no pocket clip, and these have a very 'slick' texture to them that will need some attention to keep one's hand from slipping down onto the blade during thrust. This texture also makes a one-hand closing require more attention and care. Great for dropping into the pocket of a couple of winter coats!

I like everything about these two knives except for the handle material. It is dangerously slippery.
Jun 07, 2017

They are nice sharp and pointy unfortunately the blade on the larger stiletto is already loose and the smaller one is just annoying to try to open and close it.
May 12, 2017
(3 out of 5)
I bought these out of curiosity more than anything because I was wondering just how well 2 assisted opening knives for only $9.99 would work. About as well as expected, maybe even a little bit better. As others have already mentioned, the action is super stiff on these fresh out of the box and nearly impossible to open with the blade spur. After working them in for a while they became easier to use, although the smaller of the pair is still difficult to open, the extra time and effort it takes to activate the blade spur negates the value of it being an assisted opening blade. Also, again on the smaller one, the liner lock barely catches the back of the blade and I'm afraid it would fail if any pressure were applied to it. The larger one, however, opens easily once broken in and the liner lock engages very securely. Both blades lock in tightly once opened and there is no play in either. When folded both blades are well centered, which is rare in cheap knives. Neither knife comes with a pocket clip, which would have been a nice feature. They came reasonably sharp from the factory and took a nice edge once I put them to an oil stone. All in all not a bad purchase for 10 bucks if you just want these in your collection, or you really want to have a couple cheap legal "switchblades", but not something I would ever recommend as an EDC. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, so don't expect too much from these and you won't be disappointed.

I was expecting a little more from these, when I got them they weren't that sharp but alright I guess, and they did not flip out easily but after some time they got better, overall they are pretty average

Knife is well made and fits the hand perfectly, BUT there is no clip on the side and I feel that is a requirement! I actually purchased 6 of these, but I will be giving them away and NOT keeping any of them.

Have used the larger knife as a regular carry in a belt holder and was pretty handy for the light duty tasks I need it for. After slightly over the 60 day warranty period, the tang that keeps the knife open to the correct position, broke off. Unfortunately, out of warranty and out of luck for me. Hard to recommend it.
